Thank you for considering Busy Buddies for your special event! Sensory and art play parties are an incredibly memorable way to celebrate a birthday or any occasion. Parties at the studio are a low stress option for the party host. I look forward to collaborating with you to create a super special occasion!

Dress for a mess! Give your guests a heads up that paint will be used

Food & Drink:
The first hour is reserved for activities only! Please no appetizers, juice, or snacks during activity time. The final 30 minutes will be for food.
We recommend serving pizza or light snacks.
If having pizza delivered, please request it to be delivered 15 minutes before we intend to eat, so staff has time to plate it. We recommend getting it double sliced. Julian’s pizza offers 10% off your order when mentioning Busy Buddies.
Cupcakes are strongly recommended, as cutting a full cake can be challenging due to logistics and time constraints.
Arrival & Setup:
Party host may arrive up to 15 minutes early. The studio will be all ready for our start time!
Clean-up:
Busy Buddies staff will take care of the cleanup! Party host has 15 minutes to collect everything and exit the studio.
