Cancellation policy

Our playgroup cancellation policy:

We aim to be fair and flexible with our cancellations, as we understand kids get sick and life happens! This is kept in mind when creating our policies, while balancing the need to keep the business running effectively. Please read our policies below:

• Classes can be rescheduled within the current semester for any reason with at least 24 hours notice, based on availability. 

• Last minute cancellations should be reserved for illness or emergency.

• No shows without notice will not be offered a make-up class. Please understand we sometimes have waitlists, and advance notice gives us a chance to fill the empty spot.

• There is no limit to the number of classes you can make up within the semester. We want you to be able to use the classes you paid for!

• Make-up options:

  • You may attend another class during the week of your missed class.

  • You can double-up and attend twice in a week.

  • In special circumstances, one makeup class can be rolled over to the next semester. This will not be deducted from the semester cost, but rather will serve as a “bonus.” This class must be used by the end of the following semester.

  • Make-ups are subject to availability. We do our best to accommodate, but we also need to limit the capacity in each class. Giving us as much notice as possible about your selected makeup date will help to ensure your spot!

• Refunds are not given for customer cancellation. 

• If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, rescheduling options will be communicated.
